Who you are?
Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Finance. MBA or masters degree is desirable.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Finance, or similar areas.
Demonstrated experience in working with pricing, influencing stakeholders, and driving business results.
Intermediate proficiency in English.
Knowledge in Power Bi or similar tools
Demonstrated ability in Excel as advanced user
Strong organizational and execution skills with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to solve problems and interact effectively across the organization.
In-depth knowledge of pricing strategies and their impact on Net Revenue Management.
Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities and issues and develop effective plans.
Proven track record of influencing decision-makers and building strong consultative relationships.
What do you do?
Responsible of delivering Net Sales, Organic Growth, Operating Profit and Free Cash Flow results for Peru and Bolivia, in conjunction with the cluster General Manager.
Actively participate in the development of business strategies, objectives and plans to deliver Net Sales, Organic Growth, Revenue Management, Operating Profit, CCC, Cost Transformation, Innovation and growth plans.
Provide timely, accurate and meaningful information, analysis and recommendations to the business unit and financial management to assist them in controlling operations and improving profitability.
Champion forecast accuracy by influencing the development of a reliable sales projection process and driving internal alignment
Look for ways to increase the efficiency of spending and maximize return on investments.
Evaluate business plans, P&Ls and take action where needed to ensure profitable operations.
Contribute to the achievement of Net Sales and Revenue Management objectives through proactive analysis, idea generation, recommendation and implementation activities.
Evaluate trade spending and provide gap closure recommendations
Complete profitability analysis for pricing strategies and promotions to define the appropriate mix for each category and customer
Ensure application of efficient and effective financial and operating controls and report whenever Corporate Financial Policies or instructions are not being followed or appear inappropriate
Support ad hoc financial analyses and activities as directed
