Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a practicante preprofesional que se sume a nuestro equipo de Logística Global. Esta posición tiene como objetivo apoyar la operación diaria de ingreso y egreso de mercadería desde planta hasta la entrega a clientes, tanto B2B como B2C. Será una oportunidad para integrarse a un equipo dinámico, aprender sobre la cadena logística internacional y colaborar activamente en la gestión operativa y la interacción con diferentes áreas del negocio. Responsabilidades principales
  • Acompañar la trazabilidad de mercadería desde la planta hasta destino final (internacional y local).
  • Apoyar en el seguimiento de ingresos y salidas de mercadería en almacén, asegurando cumplimiento en tiempo y forma.
  • Realizar reportería de flujos operativos y control de entregas.
  • Actuar como nexo entre almacén, equipo de ventas y operaciones, ayudando a resolver incidencias operativas (falta de documentos, datos incompletos, coordinación de entregas especiales).
  • Dar soporte en pedidos internos como demos o despachos urgentes.
  • Interactuar progresivamente con clientes internos y externos.
  • Colaborar con estudiantes de sales support para destrabar procesos logísticos.
  • Participar de visitas operativas a almacén para acompañar procesos logísticos in situ.
Requisitos
  • Ser estudiante universitario/a de Ingeniería Industrial, Negocios Internacionales o Relaciones Internacionales (idealmente a partir de 8vo ciclo).
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar de lunes a viernes de 9:00 a.m. a 3:00 p.m.
  • Inglés intermedio
  • Dominio de Excel intermedio-avanzado
  • Conocimiento en Power BI
  • Buenas habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación para interactuar con equipos multidisciplinarios.
  • Actitud proactiva, compromiso y disposición para aprender
