Puesto

We are looking for a
Junior Freelance Graphic Designer based in Perú
to support our marketing and product teams.

This is a remote, part-time opportunity ideal for a
junior or entry-level designer
who is eager to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, landing page design, and performance-driven environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize websites and landing pages (LPs)
• Define and maintain strong visual look & feel across projects
• Create banners for multiple product and performance campaigns
• Develop digital assets aligned with marketing strategies
• Design interactive mockups for landing pages and websites, to be validated by the Project Manager and/or Marketing team before integration
• Use the internal landing page integration tool and design pages compatible with this system, respecting its technical constraints
• Understand performance and speed requirements, leveraging existing elements to efficiently create new sites and/or landing pages while minimizing additional IT development
• Accurately reproduce provided text in designs, ensuring no spelling errors, including in foreign languages
• Collaborate with IT, data analytics, and marketing teams
• Support A/B testing initiatives with creative variations
• Work emails are in English, but some of the team speak Spanish.

Requirements

• Junior or entry-level profile (recent graduate or early-career designer)
• Basic experience in graphic design (portfolio required — academic or freelance work accepted)
• Understanding of web and landing page design principles
• Willingness to learn and improve in a performance-oriented environment
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Good communication skills
• High attention to detail

Nice to Have:

• Basic HTML knowledge
• Basic understanding of digital marketing (ad design, A/B testing)
• Interest in digital products and subscription-based businesses
