Our innovative, low‑cost solution eliminates the need for centralized laboratories, cold chain logistics, and bulky equipment, bringing diagnostic precision to underserved areas worldwide.

Role Description

This is a full‑time hybrid role based in Huancayo, offering a combination of onsite and remote work. As the Co‑founder and CTO of Neoptera Health, you will lead the development of our cutting‑edge genosensor platform, driving innovation in molecular diagnostics. Responsibilities include overseeing the engineering and product development teams, setting technical strategies, driving research and development, and managing the alignment of technology goals with business objectives. Additionally, you will be involved in fostering partnerships, presenting technical visions, and actively engaging with investors and stakeholders.

Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical Skills with expertise in problem‑solving and data interpretation.
  • Exceptional Communication abilities, including presenting technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Sales and Marketing strategies to support the growth and expansion of the Empresa.
  • Experience in conducting and leading Research initiatives, particularly in health tech, biotech, or related domains.
  • Proven leadership abilities and the capacity to inspire and drive multidisciplinary teams.
  • Deep understanding of molecular diagnostics, biotechnology, and nanotechnology is highly desirable.
  • Experience in building and scaling deep tech or health tech startups is a strong advantage.
  • Advanced degreein Biotechnology, Bioengineering, Nanotechnology, or related field preferred.
