Location: Remote

Shift: 10-hour shifts

Language Requirement: Bilingual (English & Spanish preferred)

Technology Requirement: Must have a computer with dual monitors and high-speed internet

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Remote Call Center Agent to join our medical practice. The ideal candidate will have experience handling patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service through RingCentral. This role requires a bilingual individual who can effectively communicate with a diverse patient base in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer inbound patient calls promptly and professionally through RingCentral

Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments

Verify insurance details and update patient records

Handle prescription refill requests and direct calls to appropriate medical staff

Address patient inquiries regarding billing, payments, and medical procedures

Assist in coordinating telehealth visits and virtual check-ins

Escalate urgent medical concerns to the appropriate department

Follow HIPAA compliance guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality

Document all interactions in the electronic health record (EHR) system

Provide high-level customer service and maintain a positive patient experience

Required Qualifications:

Bilingual (English & Spanish preferred)

Prior experience in a medical call center or healthcare environment

Proficiency in using RingCentral or similar cloud-based phone systems

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to handle high call volumes with professionalism and patience Strong computer skills and experience working with EHR systems

Reliable home setup with:

Computer with dual monitors

High-speed internet connection

Ability to work 10-hour shifts with flexibility

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with medical terminology and patient scheduling software

Knowledge of HIPAA compliance regulations

Prior experience with virtual telehealth support

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: S/.1,700.00 - S/.2,000.00 per month
