Lead Field Service Representative – where your technical expertise and customer‑Primero mindset will help shape a more sustainable future. You’ll be part of a purpose‑driven team that supports water treatment systems across diverse industries. You’ll work hands‑on in the field, building trusted relationships with customers and delivering solutions that protect vital resources and improve operational performance.

How You’ll Make An Impact
  • Deliver expert service and support for water treatment and filtration systems
  • Monitor chemical usage and system performance to ensure optimal operation
  • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and treatment issues with a focus on cost‑effective solutions
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and repairs to maximize equipment uptime
  • Maintain accurate service documentation and communicate clearly with customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve service delivery
Puesto Details
  • This Puesto will be based in (CITY, STATE)
  • The territory for this Puesto covers a (XX) mile radius
  • Targeted accounts are within the (specific division) industries
  • Up to (XX)% overnight travel

Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Puesto requires a current and valid Driver’s License with no restrictions
  • Experience in a technical service role, ideally with water filtration systems or in industrial/mechanical environments
  • No immigration sponsorship available for this Puesto
Physical Requirements Of Puesto
  • Working in confined spaces and extreme conditions (hot, cold, damp, dusty)
  • Lifting, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and standing for extended period

Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate’s degree in chemistry, mechanical systems, or related field
  • Hands‑on plumbing experience and familiarity with industrial equipment

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
